The concept is based on three pillars:
Agriculture as the source of food, the
data centre as the hub of all virtual
information and the home as the most
personal of all places.

In spatial planning, these three
components are in most cases
separated from each other, which
leads to the planning of clearly
structured areas that function
independently due to the spatial
distance. Although these three
areas are present in daily life,
there are almost no points of
contact.

Project III aims to bring these
pillars of daily life together and
unite them in a single building.
This results in unfamiliar
interactions, which offer
opportunities for a future oriented
use and energy concept.
The energy concept of the building
envisages using the waste heat
produced by the data centre for
operational purposes directly on
site to supply the remaining areas
with heat.

The areas for vertical agriculture
will bring producers and consumers
closer together. This promotes the
nutritional awareness of local
residents.
Furthermore, the aim is to integrate
the different areas of use in
everyday life.Common traffic and
recreation areas should create
meeting spaces and promote
communication between residents,
visitors and employees.
